All updates, your welcome letter, and for Pros, your payouts, will be sent via the email address used. ENTRY FEES Your Entry Fee includes: $4 PDGA Player fee $3 TD Fee $1 Canadian Disc Golf Tour Series Fee $10 Green Fee TOURING PRO MPO is defined as a player who has a DGPT Tour Card or is rated over 1015 FPO is defined as a player who has a DGPT Tour Card or is rated over 915. These spots will be held with the goal of ensuring that higher rated players are not left on the waitlist. WAITLIST There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $10 fee to be waitlisted If you make it into the event, this fee will be put against what you owe for registration. If you do not pay for registration within 24 hours of being notified, your name will be removed from the tournament, and we will move onto the next player. REGISTRATION CLOSES MAY 15th At this time, all divisions with less than 3 players will be collapsed. We will contact affected players and offer them the option to move divisions or receive a full refund minus the $10 processing fee. Registrants from the Waitlist will be added to replace any withdraws. As per PDGA guidelines, withdraws will be dealt with as follows: Withdraw prior to May 16 Pro Registrants and Amateur Registrants will receive a full refund of their entry fee minus a $10 processing fee. Withdraw from May 16th to May 31st Pro Registrants and Amateur Registrants will receive a full refund of their entry fee minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if their spot is filled by a waitlisted registrant. If her/his spot is NOT filled by a waitlisted registrant, they will receive a 50% refund of the entry fee minus a $10 processing fee. Withdraw from June 1st to June 11th Pro Registrants and Amateur Registrants will receive a full refund of their entry fee minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if their spot is filled by a waitlisted registrant. If her/his spot is NOT filled by a waitlisted registrant: Pro Registrants will receive a 25% refund of the entry fee minus a $10 processing fee. Amateur Registrants will receive their Player Pack June 12th ONWARD WAITLIST IS CLOSED NO REFUND OR PLAYER PACK WILL BE PROVIDED TO REGISTRANTS WITHDRAWING FROM THE EVENT AT THIS TIME NOTE: NO REFUNDS OR PLAYER PACK will be provided to any registrant who fails to officially withdraw NO REFUND OR PLAYER PACK will be provided to any registrant who is a NO SHOW PLAYERS MEETING There will be no in-person players meeting.
