About this tournament 2025 NOKY Bag Tag Opener @ Boone Woods Hosted by Disc 'n Dat PDGA C-Tier March 1, 2025 Boone Woods Park 1 Day - 2 rounds of 18 holes $2 Ace Fund included Ams Player Pack = 1 disc - we'll have a variety of discs to choose from at check-in NOTE NOTE NOTE NOTE Bag Tag is just an option, not mandatory. Purchase of NOKY Bag Tag is optional for $15 - there's an opt-in for it on the registration. Proceeds from tags go to fundraising other events put on by Disc 'n Dat throughout 2025. What is a Disc Golf Bag Tag? - A disc golf bag tag is a small physical tag to be displayed on the disc golf bag. This year tag #'s will all be kept online in the Facebook group NOKY Bag Tag Leaderboard for those with tags. Participants play head-to-head or in groups. A person with a higher bag tag number can challenge a player with a lower number. If the challenger wins the round, tag#'s will be exchanged by notifying the group on Facebook. We have NOKY Bag Tag rounds every Tuesday at Boone Woods 6pm and then a NOKY Bag Tag Finale at the end of the season where a percentage of the top tags will get a #'d tag. Emails will be sent 24 hours prior to event with virtual players meeting, rules, etc. 1 Day - 2 rounds of 18 holes - will be a shotgun start at 9:30am, with shuffle for second round. PDGA Live scoring will be used for this event. Scoring. All players are required to keep score during events. PDGA.Score and PDGA app will allow all players to keep score simultaneously. If you are unable to use the web or the app, paper scorecards will be available upon request. There will be a maximum of 90 players for this event. Bag Tags - Lowest score gets #1 tag on down. This will be kept virtually on Facebook group NOKY Bag Tag Leaderboard. All amateur division payouts.  Please feel free to leave after you have completed your rounds and picked up your bag tag(if you purchased one).  All Am Payouts are now computerized into Disc 'n Dat's system. If you are eligible for a payout, you can redeem it after the final round when payouts are ready. If you are not there when the payouts are ready, you will be contacted via email and your payout will be available for redemption at Disc 'n Dat under your name. Probably sometime Monday afternoon. All Open division payouts will be digital. Refund policy Disc n Dat will be responsible for all refunds/cancellations, per PDGA guidelines. There will be no refunds for requests after close of registration. If a NOKY Bag Tag was purchased, player will receive that. Those funds will be added to tournament funds for later tournaments.
