2nd Annual Autumn Open Hosted by Leland Disc Golf Club & Throw Coast Disc Golf

Welcome to the 2nd annual Autumn Open - Hosted by Leland Disc Golf Club & Sponsored by Throw Coast Disc Golf. This will be a single-day, two-round PDGA C-Tier event with a one-hour lunch between rounds. 100% of Pro Division (FPO/FP40/FP50 & MPO/MP40/MP50) registrations plus $750 added cash will be paid to the top 40% across the Pro fields. The AM Player pack is valued at over $80. The event has a maximum registration of 72 players. When: November 16th 2024 Where: The Beast on Honey Hill, Whiteville, NC The Beast on Honey Hill is a primarily wooded course with some open shots. Two ponds are in play on the course, with a variety of par 3, 4, and 5 holes. The length (par 63) is just under 8,000' from the long tees. The event will consist of two rounds, with a one-hour lunch between rounds, starting one hour after the last card has finished round one. *Early Check-In & Player Party at Leland Brewing Company, Leland, NC, on Friday, November 15, 5 -7 pm. Join us for Fun and Games - Ring of Fire with prizes & more! November 16th: Event Check-In: 7 am - 8 am Player Cut off: 8 am Players Meeting: 8:05 am T-off Round 1: 8:30 am Est. Lunch Break 11:3 - 12:30 - Time based on play T-off Round 2: 12:45 (Estimated based on rate of play in round 1) Tournament Awards: 4 pm (estimated time) Any players who do not check in by 8 a.m. will forfeit their position - ALL players need to check in at registration for attendance counts, or the spot will go to the next person on the waitlist, according to their placement. Walk-up players can fill in once the waitlist is cleared. **Bring your Lunch! There are no nearby food options. We will have water for players and spectators and warm barrel fires to warm the hands. PDGA live scoring will be used for both rounds, and starting holes will be posted during the players meeting. The live score code will be available on the morning of check-in. Formats for the rounds will be as follows: MPO will play both rounds from the long tees. MA1, MA2, MA40, MP40 will play first round longs, second round shorts. MA3, MA50, MA60, & All female divisions will play both rounds from the short tees. Payouts/Awards: Trophies will be given to first-place players in the MPO, MP40, and FPO, FP40 divisions. MPO/MP40 and FPO/FP40 - Cash Payout to the top 40% AM players in MA1, MA2, MA40, FA1, FA2, and FA40 will receive a player pack valued at over $80, with a $50 payout in vouchers to Throw Coast Disc Golf for first-place winners. Players registered in MA3, MA50, MA60, FA3, FA50, and FA60 will only receive a player's pack valued at over $80.
