As winter comes it is time to crown a new champion of the DTG Cup! After 2 rounds, the players with the best 3 scores in A pool and the best score in B pool compete in a sudden death playoff to determine the Cup Champion! The winner has their name immortalized on the Cup! This event is a fundraiser for "Drop the Gloves", the razorback hockey teams broadcast crew. The money that we are able to help them raise allows them to travel with the team to away games and bring us everything Razorback Hockey! The UofA hockey team is one of the best in the country and our support helps share their games to all! Course Layouts & Pools All Layouts will be official on UDisc. Redemption Round Flex Start Sunday, January 5th PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier Flex Start 10am-3pm Cost $15 Optional $5 Ace Pot This event is additional and optional. There is a separate entry fee. The rest will go into the prize purse for the event. There will be no player packs for am players. Custom DTG Cup Discs from years past will be available for purchase on site and with registration for $15. These include a variety of stamps from the past 3 years of the DTG Cup and molds from Discraft and Prodigy Discs. We also have a very small selection of DTG Cup Hooded long sleeve shirts from last year available at the same price. Winners of divisions with 3 or more players will receive a trophy after the event. The top 40% of pro players will earn payout which will be paid out digitally on Monday, January 6th. The top 45% of each amateur division will be awarded merchandise credit to spend at the on-site Disc Golf Dojo pro shop. Entry Fee Breakdown As mentioned above, $15 of each entry will come out for Fees and a donation to DTG. - $4 to the PDGA ($3 per player fee + a $50 sanctioning fees) - $5 Branchwood POA - $5 Donation to Drop The Gloves - $1 Event Materials and Trophies The remaining amount from each entry will be added to the payout purse for the event. Payout will be awarded based on the PDGA recommended payout scale.
