THE TOURNAMENT will be Saturday, February 1st - Sunday, February 2nd, 2025 This is a PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier tournament. +2 Rounds of 24-Holes at SARA Park Disc Golf Course +We will have assigned Tee-Times +Juniors in MJ12/FJ12 will play 2 Rounds from Junior Tees +Juniors in MJ10/FJ10 will play 1 Round (Saturday) from Junior Tees !!!! CASH TO BE ADDED TO PRO PURSE and AM PAYOUTS!!!! EARLY WORM GETS THE BIRD REGISTRATION: HOLE SPONSORSHIP OPENS 11/23/24 @ 2PM MST - 12/6/24 @ 6:55PM MST. This $65 hole sponsorship allows you to register early starting 11/23/24 before opening registration to Ladies+Juniors (11/30/24 @ 2PM MST) and Open Registration for ALL (12/6/24 @ 7PM MST). As an Early Bird Hole Sponsor, your Name/Business/Organization or Provided Logo will be printed and posted at a tournament hole. LADIES + JUNIORS DIVISIONS REGISTRATION OPENS 11/30/24 @ 2PM MST - 12/6/24 @ 6:55PM MST. This allows our Ladies and Juniors the opportunity to register prior to Open Registration for All. RANDOM DUBS/BYOP $5 Buy-In signups will take place at Tournament Central at Sara Park Disc Golf Course on Friday, January 31st at from 1:00PM-2:15PM MST. When signing up, please let us know if you will be in on the "random" side of dubs or if you have brought your own partner. Drawing partners/grouping and hole assignments @ 2:30, teeing off @ 3:00. Random Doubles may be played on the regular 18-hole layout/ 20-hole layout/24-hole layout TBD. RAFFLE TICKETS can be purchased with cash, Venmo, or PayPal at SARA Park Disc Golf Course on Friday during Early Check-In, All-Day Saturday, and Sunday until 11am. Tickets will be 1 for $5 or 6 for $20. Raffle drawing will be on Sunday @ roughly 11:15am at Tournament Central at SARA Park Disc Golf Course, and will be recorded and posted on the LHCDGC Facebook page. Winning tickets will be taped to their item and can be found at Tournament Central at SARA Park Disc Golf Course. All items must be picked up from SARA Park on Sunday by 6:00pm. If you are leaving town early, please leave your tickets with someone who can pick up your items, ticket must be presented for verification. All unclaimed items will be forfeited back to the LHCDGC and used towards future events. Raffle funds will go towards payouts, building our youth disc golf program, and helping offset tournament costs. +++++++++++++++++++ PLAYERS PARTY/PUTTING GAMES: Will be Saturday night @ the HEAT Bar in Havasu starting around 7:30pm (Friends/Family/Kids welcome). Throw some putts off the London Bridge and have a drink or two. We will probably be wrapping things up around 9, but the HEAT is open until 11pm if ya wanna get the full Havasu experience. It's Winterfest weekend in town, so plan on lots of entertainment throughout the city. El Chaparro (https://www.facebook.com/ElChaparro928) will be on-site at the HEAT to fill your bellies, this will be an "every man for themselves" kind of deal with both drinks and El Chaparro. To extend your generosity and share our vision means A LOT, and because of you we have been able to start getting our elementary schools set up with the equipment they need, 4 schools and counting. +++++++++++++++++++ Total Event Pass-Through Fees (at max of 150 players) are $6.55 and include: PDGA C-Tier Per Player Fee $3, Greens Fee/Park Permit, and PortaPotty Rental. PDGA Live scoring will be the official method for scorekeeping. Paper scorecards will also be available. Please Note: SARA Park Disc Golf Course is a desert course and cell service can be spotty. CARTS are NOT recommended ACE POOL: If an ACE is not hit, half of the pool will go back to the Lake Havasu City Disc Golf Club and the other half will be raffled off between all who opted in to the Ace Pool. If multiple aces are hit, the ace pool will be divided between those who opted in to the ace pool and hit an ace. PAYOUTS for AM will be handled through Over The Top Disc Golf PAYOUTS for PRO will be sent through PayPal Please note that all payouts will be sent using the email in which you registered with.
