A Haunting at the Acres

Presenting A Haunting at the Acres, a special Halloween event at Altstadt Acres! On October 26th, Altstadt Acres will be littered with tons of Halloween decorations. This is a two part event: The day is filled with a single round flex start PDGA sanctioned tournament and by night, the Acres will become a haunted glow round. (Registration found here: https://www.discgolfscene.com/tournaments/A_Haunting_at_the_Acres_Haunted_Glow_Round_2024) While registering for the Flex Start, you have the opportunity to sign up for the Haunted Glow Round. The first 50 players to register for both will receive a custom basket monster waffle towel. (A retail value of $20.) The Flex tournament will start at 10am with the last card going out at 4pm. EASTERN For this tournament, we have removed hole 2 from the standard layout and will add a hole between 10 and 11. Hole 10.5 will be through the garage that is thrown over on hole 10. Removing hole 2 opens up some parking and alleviates some potential safety hazards. We will have a chili or potato soup supper before the glow round. $5 to eat. Registration for the Haunted Glow Round will end at 6pm. Of the Open fees, $2 to PDGA, $3 greens fees, $20 to payouts. Of the Amateur fees, $2 to PDGA, $3 greens fees, $5 player pack, $10 to payouts. Junior divisions will receive a towel instead of a payout. *Revised on 10/21. Parking: Parking will be tight at Altstadt Acres so we will have overflow parking available. We will be running a shuttle for convenience.
