AceTime Flex #1

"It’s SanctionedTIME Baby, Wooooo!!!" Come ACE it up at Acetime's first sanctioned event. -1 round of 20 holes PDGA C-Tiered. -Tee Times are highly recommended. Not mandatory. -1st card heads out at 8am/ last card by 2pm. -Must have a minimal card of 3 in order to start your round. If you are solo we will help you find a group. -Players MUST check-in with Warren(TD) at Pavilion before starting. -Cash Payouts (pro divisions) will be issued through PayPal from Acetime Disc Golf after the event has been finalized and submitted to the PDGA. -Amateurs receive a player pack with a $10 voucher to Acetime Disc Golf and an Acetime Beanie. -A $5 mandatory add-on fee will be applied for Johnson Park Donations. -3 CTPs for Prizes. (There will be a 4th CTP to determine the winner of the Ace Pool only if no one records an ACE during the Event. The CTP Winner would then get 50% of the ACE POOL. The remaining 50% will be added to the Johnson Park donations) -This is a trophies only event aside from PRO divisions receiving cash payouts and AM divisions receiving player packs. We will abide by PDGA’s rules regarding trophies and contact winners after completion of event regarding pick up date at AceTime Disc Golf Store. -There will not be a restroom available on site. Please plan accordingly before start of round. -A Picture of the layout for the tournament is in the pictures tab. -Scoring will be on PDGA live scoring. (Paper cards will be available for those that prefer, however, everyone must sign-in to PDGA live for their round to count)
