Barboursville Open

Welcome to the 8th year of the Barboursville Open. This is a 2 Round, 1 Day C Tier event is Sponsored by Axiom. We will be utilizing Barboursville City Park and the Jason Wintz Memorial DGC. The players pack is to be determined. Pool A will play Barboursville DGC Long Tees for Round 1 and the Jason Wintz Memorial DGC for Round 2. Pool B will play Barboursville DGC Front 9 Long Tees, Back 9 Short Tees. Pool C will play a Modified Temp Layout at the Jason Wintz Memorial DGC for Round 1 and Barboursville DGC Short Tees for Round 2. We plan on getting the Modified Temp course at Wintz well ahead of the tourney and on Udisc to give players ample time to practice. Playoff to break ties for first place for Pool A will be Sudden Death starting on Hole 1 and so on at Wintz until a winner has been deemed. For Pool B, the Sudden Death playoff will start on hole 18 on the Barboursville DGC (Shorts) and will continue on to hole 1 and so on until a winner has been deemed. The last day to get a full refund is July 25th. The players packs will be ordered on that date, any refund requests after will follow the PDGA’s Withdraw and Refund Policy. It is up to the TD’s discretion to move players if there isn’t enough to make up a division.
