Beaver Ranch Flex: April 2024 - Silvers! This will be the first event in a series of C-tier tournaments, held in a flex format, here at beautiful Beaver Ranch Disc Golf Course! FORMAT: One round of 21 holes of traditional PDGA singles stroke play where the player in each division with the lowest total score is the champion! LAYOUT: We will be playing the SILVER basket layout for this event. For this event all players will be playing the AM pads for both Hole 1 and Hole 15. (All of the other holes have only one teepad.) PICK YOUR TEETIME: Tee times with card mates from any division. Just remember to check in at the pro shop at least 15 minutes before your teetime! Need to change your teetime? Edit your registration and pick any open tee time! PLAYER'S PACK: All amateur competitors will receive a Black Gateway Wizard with a "Greetings from Beaver Ranch" stamp with Gold foil in the super grippy SSS rubbery plastic as a player's pack! Super Stupid Soft (SSS) The 3S putt & approach discs are flexible in both the rim and flight plate. Flexing in half at 9-13 lbs of pressure. This flex is perfect for flick putters and chest putting where thumb pressure is applied to the flight plate and the discs are sprung out of the hand upon release. Attention PRO players, if you wish to have one of these awesome Wizards, you can edit your registration and add one! Attention AM players, if you would like an additional Wizard (I prefer to have at least 2 of the same disc so I can have a backup) you may now add a 2nd player's pack disc by editing your registration. Any extra players packs will be available for purchase at the Beaver Ranch Pro Shop during the event. ----- REGISTRATION: Early registration will be prioritized for current 2024 Annual Pass holders beginning Sunday, February 11th. Registration will go live to the public Saturday, March 2nd. Annual Pass holders will receive the early registration link in your emails on Sunday, February, 11th at 7am MDT. NOTES: Players pack discs will be announced within 1 month of the tournament, all players pack discs will be unique and we will not run the same mold two times in the same year. Shout out to Ben Fairley with @fairleycreative for the awesome stamp he put together for us! In traditional Beaver Ranch fashion, our grounds crew will ensure that the course is meticulously maintained and well manicured for this upcoming tournament! Beaver Ranch DGC will still be open for casuals to walk up and play. The Pro Shop staff will find times to squeeze in these walk ups as we want to provide them the opportunity to play this epic course. Many players you see on the mountainside playing have come in from quite a distance to mark Beaver Ranch off of their bucket list. We will request that all of them are respectful of the event taking place, but if you have any issues with these players, please remind them of the event taking place.
