The Fairfield County Disc Club (FCDC) Presents the 2025 Bittner Park Open Saturday, March 15, 2025 Bittner Park - Guilford, CT Tournament Director: Craig Smolin PDGA C-Tier Two Rounds Stroke Play Virtual Players Meeting will be conducted via email. 72 Player cap Available spots will then be filled from the waiting list in order of sign up (as determined by the DGS registration system). MPO - Cash Payouts AMS – Player packs, trophies and/or merchandise $3 from each player goes to PDGA for sanctioning $5 from each player goes to Town of Guilford for park permits $2 from each player for TD fees Additional player fees to be posted in advance of the event no later than 3/1/25 (ie: potential NEFA sanctioning). Layouts: Round 1 and Round 2 layouts will be comprised of a mix of short/long tees and red/blue baskets. Final layouts to be posted no later than February 28, 2025. UPDATE AS OF FEBRUARY 2, 2025 ... In general, a "standard" layout will be used for Round 2 (i.e. short to red, short to blue, or long to red). The full "long tee to blue basket" layout will not be used. PDGA Digital Scoring will be in play; instructions on how scoring will work for the event will be sent out to the field prior to the event. Ace Pot Ace pot will be in effect. Optional $5 buy-in. If no aces hit, all players in ace pot will throw off for 100% of total on Hole 5 short to red CTP prizes to be determined Hole Sponsorship: $25.00 For $25 become a hole sponsor! You'll get a nifty copy of your sponsorship sign as well as shout-outs on our social media and at the event. Use the opportunity to advertise your business, or just to broadcast your support for disc golf. Refund policy FCDC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. An unpaid waitlist will be held at Disc Golf Scene, and refunds will be issued in accordance with PDGA guidelines.
