Breakfast, Bubbles, and Birdies

MBC Event #12 The MBC team will be serving breakfast and refilling drinks before round 1, while the players enjoy a breakfast buffet - eggs, sausage, etc. Mimosas available for anyone 21+ This tournament will be 2 sanctioned rounds of 18 holes, 1 round of 18 at Deerfield Shorts and 1 round of 18 at Wildwood Shorts with an hour lunch break in between. 50/50 and ace pool will be available during registration. If ace pool is not hit, it will revert to the Ace pool CTP. There will also be CTPs available to everyone. There will be a players pack of a champagne flute or pint glass, that will be customized for the tournament. There will be string for sale during the tournament. Each bag will contain 2 10ft pieces. Each bag is a $5 donation. The string can be used to move your lie. The string will not effect aces or CTPs, but can bring you in bounds. Mulligan cards will also be available for sale - $5 for 2 cards. Divisions: FPO - Females who usually throw FPO/FA1 FA2 - Females who usually throw FA2/FA3/FA4 General - Mixed Doubles MPO - Males who usually throw MPO/MA1 MA1 - Males who usually throw MA1/MA2 MA2 - Males who usually throw MA3/MA4 Pick your division based on the higher rated partner. Juniors can sign up in their respective age bracket - those divisions are set with lower entry fees. They will be grouped to 1 division depending on the amount of Junior teams. We will be utilizing PDGA Live Scoring. The Live Scoring code will be posted at check in and announced during the Player’s Meeting. Your hole assignments for both rounds will be listed in the Live Scoring system as well as at the check in table. We will have paper score cards and pencils available. Trophies If no players are signed up in a division 1 week prior to the tournament there will not be a trophy for that division As always there will be drink stations, marking whiskers, brooms, and CTPs for everyone. Layouts: 1 Round on Wildwood Shorts, Holes 1-18 1 Round on Deerfield Shorts, Holes 1-18 OBs: Wildwood 18 – Pond Deerfield 13 and 14 – Pond You must be completely surrounded by water and will receive a 1 stroke penalty. If your disc lands with any part of the disc touching land you are safe. There will not be a painted line. If your card can not agree a provisional can always be played and discussed with a TD at the end of your round. All OB should be played from the last position in bounds or players have the option to Re-Tee. Either result in a penalty stroke.
