Cash CTP entry: One for each PRO division with more than one player. Cash CTP entry: At least one cash CTP for all pros combined. PAYOUT: -------------------------------------------------------------------- Pro divisions with 8 or more - 40% Pro divisions with 7 or less - 45% AM divisions with 8 or more - 45% AM divisions with 7 or less - 50% Pro's will receive PayPal. Am's will receive vouchers to use with the authorized payout vendors on site. PLAYOFF HOLES IF NEEDED: -------------------------------------------------------------------- Sudden death playoffs for first place will be played on rock holes 10-15 and repeat if needed. In the event of a playoff, players will use a cart(s) with the official to get to hole 10 and the players cannot return to the cart until the playoff is over. CADDIES AND SPECTATORS: -------------------------------------------------------------------- Both are welcome, caddies must follow the same PDGA rules as players. Golf carts cannot be rented/used on for spectators or caddies. CARPOOLING: -------------------------------------------------------------------- Please carpool if at all possible since parking is limited. PRACTICE DAY INFO: -------------------------------------------------------------------- Both courses will be setup for practice on Friday 10/18. FRIDAY CART RENTAL INFO: -------------------------------------------------------------------- 1) Rentals are restricted to those playing the tournament (they will have a list) 2) Carts are available to rent on Friday only at the club house. 3) 3 hour time limit. Anyone over three hours will have their card charged twice. 4) Carts cannot be rented before 10:30am. 5) Carts must have 2 people. 6) Carts cannot be used in the flex start. 7) $14 per person. I understand everyone wants to rent a cart, and we all want to have a great time. So please use the cart to practice, and return it even if you have it for just an hour or so. Karma goes a long way and this will help more people to rent carts. SPONSORSHIPS: -------------------------------------------------------------------- Hole Sponsorships are $40 and other higher tier sponsorships are available. All proceeds go toward tournament expenses and payout. With course fees, players packs items, PDGA fees, basket transportation, gas, supplies and more, it adds up fast. This is not a cheap event so every bit helps out and it all goes back to the event. SPONSORSHIPS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, But you will get your sponsor disc(s.) PDGA RULES FOR B TIER: -------------------------------------------------------------------- YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT PDGA MEMBERSHIP. https://www.pdga.com/files/2022_tour_standards_v12.pdf You can sign up for the tournament without one, but you will need to have a current membership by 10/8. You can sign up or renew with PDGA on 10/1 and will include the remainder of 2024 and all of 2025. CAPS ON POOLS AND DIVISIONS: -------------------------------------------------------------------- Since there are two courses and multiple teepads and new PDGA rules, I will have initial caps on divisions to keep the cards/tees/divisions as balanced as possible. These have been determined by the average amount in each division over the past COTL events. These initial caps will be added before general registration opens and are subject to change. DIVISION MINIMUMS: -------------------------------------------------------------------- All divisions must have at least four players by 10/12 to make a division. (women and junior divisions excluded) MISSED SIGNING UP?: -------------------------------------------------------------------- Get on the waitlist!!! It is only $3 and historically I add many players off the waitlist. I will have info on how this works in the picture section.
