SUMMARY 1 rounds 18 Holes Flex Start This tournament will use the Official Rules of Disc Golf from the PDGA for play This tournament is set up as a fundraiser to benefit the Jackson County Disc Golf Club a 501(c)(3) organization. All proceeds will go directly to supporting disc golf in and around Jackson County Florida at Citizen's Lodge Park and another course coming soon! We will use PDGA live scoring to keep score. pdga.com/live use code clflex24 PLAYER'S PACKS + PAYOUT MPO and FPO divisions will play for 100% payout (plus a little added cash in order to round payouts up) Player's Packs for Amateurs: $20 value per person -- 1 disc from a selection of MVP and Dynamic Discs -- 1 double stamped dynamic discs mini Payout for Open -- All ties will be split between players -- Please note that accepting a payout will move you from being an Am to being a Pro REGISTRATION INFORMATION Need at least 3 players per card - LAYOUTS Both the long (A, BLACK) and short (B, RED) basket positions will be installed during the tournament. Different divisions will play different tee and basket locations as noted below. These layouts are currently in UDisc as well. MPO, MA1 - Long tees to RED (B, short) baskets MA2, FPO, MA40 - Short tees to BLACK (A, long) baskets MA3, MA4, FA3, FA1, MJ18, MA50, MA60 - Short tees to RED (B, short) baskets. FUNDING This is a breakdown of the fees associated with registration as required by the PDGA. Be aware that I as a tournament director make no profit from the tournament at all. Any fees listed below that would go to a director or would profit an individual are donated directly to the Jackson County Disc Golf Club a 501(c)(3) organization. AM value --$2 per player PDGA fee --$2 per player for Director fee (donated directly to the Jackson County Disc Golf Club) --$20 per player for player's pack --Total provided value is $24 at the minimum Pro Value --100% of pro entry fee after pass through fees will be paid out as cash via PayPal -- Pass through fees are $2 per player PDGA fee and $2 per player payment to the tournament direction that is automatically donated directly to the disc golf club (The tournament directors do not make any money from running this event. If you have any questions or concerns about where your money is going, please reach out to me. Our club is transparent with our funding as required by law. Thank you! REFUNDS The Jackson County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the PDGA refund policy 1.03 in the Competition Manual. All withdrawals may be subject to a handling fee not to exceed $10. Hole Sponsorships are non-refundable after signs have been printed. Withdrawal refunds (minus handling fee) > 30 days prior - 100% 15-29 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, otherwise, 50% or no refund if you wish to pick up your player's pack < 14 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, otherwise, 50% or no refund if you wish to pick up your player's pack 48 hours prior - no refund, player's pack pickup available No show - no refund, no player's pack If a division is vacated due to lack of participation, all participants will be notified and allowed to either change divisions or receive a 100% refund with no handling fee within 72 hours of the change of division notification.
