Climo Disc Golf Launch Party supported by Sun King Discs & PureLine Disc Golf PDGA C-Tier Saturday 2/22/25 Cliff Stephens Park Clearwater FL What is the Launch Party about? This event is designed to help "launch" the new Climo Disc Golf brand in Ken Climo's hometown of Clearwater FL and at Ken's home course; Cliff Stephens Park! The goal is to introduce the new discs, apparel & gear and have Ken be there for this historic day to help permanently capture the Disc Golf legacy of Ken Climo. Ken Climo will be present to play in the event and also sign autographs, share stories and interact with players and fans from the local Clearwater area, some who may have been there when Ken became the 1X PDGA World Champion! Amateur player's will receive their choice of a Skyway distance driver or a Belleair mid-range driver, a custom 50/50 lightweight event shirt along with some additional (top secret) swag! Format (1) Round of 18 Holes Flex Start from 9am-12pm Groups of 3-5 players Tee Assignments Gold/Blue - Long Tees White/Red - Front 9 - Long Tees, Back 9 - Short Tees Green/Purple/FA3/FA4 - Short Tees Divisions & Point Series To keep things super simple, we are offering the PDGA "color coded" ratings based divisions along with FA3 and FA4 as part of a 4-event point series based in the greater Tampa area. Points Series Tour Clearwater - 2/22/25 Floral City - TBD Lakeland - TBD Sarasota - TBD The players who have the most points in the 6 color coded divisions after the (4) Tampa area events will be eligible to participate in a special personal event with Ken Climo - more details to come! We will also have a "Players Pack Only" option for those that can't play in the event but still want to participate. Phase II Tour For those of you who can't make the Tampa area events, don't worry, the Climo Disc Golf Launch Party will be spreading it's wings around the state of Florida throughout April and May with additional stops in the following cities/areas: Ft.
