Coldwater Ranch 2.0 - Tee Pad Fundraiser Tournament

Coldwater Ranch Disc Golf Club presents the new course design fundraising event at Coldwater Ranch. This will be a new course design which will include new tee placements, basket placements, and an entire new design for players to try out. This will be a 2 round sanctioned tournament and fundraiser. Minimum of 3 players and Maximum of 5 per card. We will have a break for lunch, and lunch will be provided for all players. Pros will be paid out per PDGA rules ($250 added cash). Amateur winners for each division will receive the tournament jersey with the specific division winner on the jersey. Player packs include: 1 Custom Golf Umbrella 1 Custom Can Glass Various snacks/goodies for the round (Player pack items subject to change) Donations: $25 donation for insurance and general course maintenance and tournament set-up. $50 donation gets your name on a tee sign. $100 donation gets your name on the course entry sign. Estimated fundraising goals include: $10,000: Move baskets to new positions/temporary turf tee pads or rubber tee pads $30,000: 18 new tee pads (longs), new signs, course entry sign, new baskets $40,000: 18 more tee pads (shorts) Tournament jerseys will be available for purchase at https://hhdesign.studio/ (jersey will be up for sale soon). Tournament central will be at the dirt parking lot near the entrance and practice basket. Live scoring through PDGA Live. Parking for the event will be at the dirt lot next to 11922 W Happy Valley Rd, Peoria, AZ 85383 off of Happy Valley Road. Signs will be up for disc golf parking by the driveway. The course can be navigated with a cart, but use at your own risk as the course can be rocky in places. DO NOT PARK IN OR BLOCK DRIVEWAYS. ALSO, DO NOT PARK ON W. COLDWATER RANCH DR. PLEASE KEEP YOUR SPEED AT OR UNDER 25MPH THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY AREA . THERE WILL BE FAMILIES, CHILDREN, AND PETS THROUGHOUT THE AREA AND AT THE LOCAL PARK. PLEASE ALSO PACK IN AND PACK OUT. PICK UP AFTER YOURSELVES. THE HOA HAS BEEN GENEROUS TO ALLOW US TO HAVE THIS TOURNAMENT, AND WE MUST KEEP THE COURSE CLEAN.
