Flex Start at NWS (Afternoon)

Foundation Disc Golf Charleston presents Flex Start at NWS. Please note, there are two separate flex starts being run at NWS on the same day. One event offers tee times from 7:30-11:50 AM and the other event offers tee times from 12-4 PM. This allows players the option to either play one or two sanctioned rounds on the same day. Please plan accordingly when selecting tee times if you plan to play two rounds. Selected tee time may be adjusted at TDs discretion. Each flex start will have its own player packs, payouts, CTPs, ace pool, and trophies so registration for each event is required if you plan to play twice. This event is NOT part of a point series. Format: This will be a single round flex start sanctioned event. You can choose your tee time when registering. All cards must have at least 3 players; any cards with less than 3 people will be moved to the next available tee time that is not filled. Players must check in at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time. No player’s meeting day of. This is a “True Amateur” event. The true spirit of organized amateur athletics is competing in a sport purely for the love of that sport and the act of competition itself. A trophy will be presented to the top finisher of each amateur division rather than a payout in merchandise. Player pack (Amateur divisions only): Commemorative Disc Discraft Vinyl Sticker Discraft Pencil Disc options: Glo Color ESP Buzzz Black/Smoke Shimmer ESP Buzzz CryZtal Z Buzzz Lightweight ESP Cicada 2023 Tour Series: Fierce, Scorch, Vulture, Zone Professional divisions will be paid out via PayPal per PDGA guidelines. Fees included with registration: $2 PDGA Extra CTPs for the ladies! True amateur trophy requirements: <5 participants- 1st place only <12 participants- 1st and 2nd places <30 participants- 1st through 3rd places <75 participants- 1st through 5th places Trophies and CTPs will be available at the end of the event at tournament central or the following business day at Foundation Charleston.
