REFUND POLICY: Tupelo Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event prior to (or on) May 5, 2025, will receive a 100% cash refund, minus a $10 fee. ​Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between May 6th and May 30th, 2025 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 50% cash refund. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between May 31st and June 5th, 2025, will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after May 5th 2025, (which is our drop date) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or players pack. Divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule.
