The Foxwood Open returns in 2024 for its fifth year! The event will once again be a USDGC, Throw Pink Women’s Disc Gold Championship qualifying tournament for the PRO divisions. The amateurs also get a chance to qualify for a major championship, the NADGT. For the fourth straight year, The Foxwood Open will be going ahead as an A-tier tournament as approved by the PDGA. Innova Disc Golf and Grand River Disc Golf Club are working together to bring this event to the Waterloo Region. The tournament will showcase the challenging and beautiful Foxwood Disc Golf Course. Registration will be done in two phases: Phase 1: Early bird registration – Opens December 15th at 7pm and closes January 13th at 11pm. To sign up, an additional $70.00 is charged to your player’s fee. You will receive a commemorative disc, and special birdy tag. This is YOUR opportunity to beat the rush and secure your spot! Phase 2: General registration – Opens to everyone January 15th at 7pm. For both phases, your PDGA membership will need to be current for the 2024 season All three rounds will be played on the White course. Pro divisions offered will be MPO, FPO, MP40, and MP50 Amateur divisions offered will be MA1, MA2, MA40, FA1, FA2, and FA40. All divisions will play one round each day, with tee off times starting on the Saturday. The course will be available before the weekend for practice rounds. Tee assignments: Gold – ALL Pro divisions, and MA1 White – FA1, FA2, FA40, MA2, MA40 Pass Through Fee's Green Fee's $36.00 ($12.00 x 3 round per player) PDGA Per Player Fee $4.00 Trophy Fee $4.00 Course fee's $18.00 The Grand River Disc Golf Club, and Golf North – Foxwood Golf and Country Club look forward to hosting you in 2024.
