PDGA Link: https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/86774 Mandatory Check-In: If you could check in at least 5 minutes prior to your tee time we would appreciate it. This will ensure that we know you are onsite, and we can make any necessary adjustments prior for any no shows. Delaware's legendary Bill Yerd will be at hole 1 each day to ensure you are checked in and to send groups out on the course. For those that do not know Bill he is one of our three founding members of the Delaware Disc Golf club, experienced tournament director and a tournament official. Scoring: Scoring will be handled through the PDGA live scoring app. Each competitor must keep score for their entire card to ensure accuracy. The primary method of scoring is the PDGA Live Scoring App, paper score cards are optional for backup, all competitors must submit an accurate scorecard within 30 minutes of completing their round. This would include a verified paper scorecard returned to the TD or ATD at hole 1. PDGA live scoring app: https://www.pdga.com/apps/tournament/score/login Password: sent via email to all register players, & will be available at hole 1. General Tournament Information/Course Details: Caddy Guides: Will be added at a later date but will be the same layout from pervious year. Please follow the link below to view the Mixed Division & Female Division Caddy Guides. These documents contain all the course information needed and please feel free to save them to your phone. There will be no printed guides to reduce waste. MP Divisions FP Divisions All standing water on the course or within creeks is casual and players can opt for casual relief by marking your lie at the first available spot directly in the line of play. Cards will be a mix of three and four players per tee time. We will not be mixing divisions, unless absolutely necessary. We have spotters on several of the holes with blind shots, dog legs and out of bounds. Drinking water will be on the course at several holes but it is advised that you prepare by bringing refreshments and snacks with you. Lost discs – if you cannot locate your disc EVERYONE in the group MUST assist and a clock/timer MUST be used. After the 3-minutes the disc is considered lost, and that player will receive 1 penalty stroke and must return to their previous lie. If you find the disc after 3 minutes, it is still considered lost. No two-meter rule in effect. Weather or Lightening Delays: In the event of any potentially hazardous weather or lightning please listen for multiple blasts from an air horn. Mark your approximate lie and move off the course. The pavilion has been reserved for the event as an area of refuge and as an area for players to hang out and relax.
