GRDOD FALL COLOR CLASSIC 2024 POWERED BY DISC BARON

This will be the last sanctioned event hosted by GRDoD for the 2024 season. 2 rounds of 18! 1-Short Basket 2-Long Basket 3-Short Basket 4-Long Basket 5-Long Basket 6-Long Basket 7-Short Basket 8-Short Basket 9-Short Basket 10-Short Basket 11-Long Basket 12-Long Basket 13-Long Basket 14-Short Basket 15-Short Basket 16-Short Basket 17-Long Basket 18-Long Basket Payouts are thru DISC BARON Ace pool is $5 50/50 Is $5 pay on site. $250 added cash split between the pro divisions. Ma3, Ma4, JR, and all FA divisions will be playing short pads. Due to the large amount of drops last year, there will be a $10 fee for all refunds. 1 month of the event we will follow PDGA Rules. Refunds are available until the tournament reaches full capacity and is within one week of the event. After which, if the vacated spot does not fill, 50% of the entry fee will be forfeit. Refunds requested within 24 hours of the event starting are subject to 50% of the entry fee being forfeited if the vacant spot can be filled. Otherwise, 100% of the entry fee is forfeit if the spot does not fill. Players forfeiting their entire entry fee are entitled to their player's package but must request package and provide address for it to be shipped to. Players have up to a week after the event to request their player's package, otherwise the player's package becomes forfeit. Ace Pool, 50/50, and PDGA non-member fees will be refunded, regardless of timing of refund request, unless player "No shows". A "No show" is someone that does not inform the tournament that they will not be coming by the first-round tee. "No shows" forfeit all monies but can claim their player's package. They must request package and provide shipping information. Players have up to a week after the event to request their player's package, otherwise the player's package becomes forfeit. It is not the tournament or tournament staff's responsibility to communicate or get players their refunds or player's packages unless they are requested by the player and the necessary address and/or PayPal address is given. A minimum of 3 players is per division is required as this is a sanctioned event.
