Join us for the 2024 edition of The Harmon Hills Open!! 2024 at Harmon is officially known as "The year of the Red Tees!!" The red tees are a game changer for Ams (except MA1) and Ladies at Harmon Hills, you don't want to miss out on the enjoyment they provide!! This will be a True Amateur event featuring players packs valued at $40 (TBD) and Trophies for Top 3 in all Am divisions! The Saturday evening Players Party at the Harmon Pavilion will be awesome!! Cookout, Par 2 Challenge, a game show, a Ping Pong tournament, and a Movie!! Please attend, we really want everyone to enjoy a fun evening with friends!! Any Am that registers after September 20th will receive a Throwmore Disc Golf Store gift card as their players pack due to manufacturing and shipping constraints. Be sure to register early!! We will do our best to get everyone the players packs but we have no control over manufacturer shipping deadlines. Pros will play for cash ($750 added) and 1st place in all Pro divisions will get a trophy!! Primitive camping (port o provided, no fresh water) is available, please fill out the camping form - https://harmonhills.com/ Course fees are waived on Friday October 4th for all registered players, donations are always appreciated!! Course fees on any other day are $10 per day for unlimited play. Please reserve your round here - https://harmonhills.com/ Pool A - MPO, MP40, MP50, MP60, MA1 Pool B - MA2, MA3, MA40, MA50 Pool C - All other divisions Format - 27 holes on Saturday, 18 holes on Sunday Don't let 27 holes on Saturday freak you out. Pools B and C will play a much shorter layout than normal, using the red tees Pool A will play Saturday - 27 Holes (1-18 and 28-36 with tee times) Sunday - 18 Holes - Harmon Gold layout (shotgun start at 1pm) Pool B will play Saturday - 27 Holes (1-18 red tees and 28-36), with tee times Sunday - 18 Holes (1-18 OG), shotgun start, 9 am Pool C will play Saturday - 27 Holes (1-18 red tees, 28-36 red tees), with tee times. FPO will play Holes 1-18 from OG tees and 28-36 OG tees. Sunday - 18 Holes (1-18 red tees) shotgun start, 9am. FPO will play Holes 1-18 OG tees. Holes 1-18 and 28-36 will be equipped with red tee (shorter tees). Using red tees will greatly enhance the player experience in Pools B and C. Expect to enjoy the same beautiful holes that Harmon Hills offers, with the added bonus of a shorter, more manageable tee shot. The red tees are not just an afterthought, they have been systematically designed to create a much more noticeable FUN FACTOR, while keeping the challenge and beauty that Harmon Hills is famous for. Pars on the red tees will not change, allowing players to have a much better shot at birdies and pars!! Example - The red tees on Holes 1-18 are still Par 66, even though the total distance is 5500 ft, compared to the 7900 ft OG 1-18.
