Welcome to Heat Seeker 2!! 2 Rounds of 18 Holes at South City Park in Opelousas Shotgun Start (starting at 9AM) Set-up Location at Hole 1 Fees- PDGA Fee - $2.00 Facilities Fee - $2.00 The rest goes to payouts. $40.00 per player for Pros $30.00 per player for Ams $20.00 per per player for Youth Top 45% of AMs per Division will be paid out in voucher to Cajun Jesters DG Top 40% of Pros per Division will be paid out Via PayPal. Trophies: Trophies will be awarded for 1st place only. A Division must have a minimum of 5 players to recieve a trophy,following PDGA guidlines. https://www.pdga.com/td/true-amateur CTPs: All Amateur Divisions are eligible for CTPs. CTPs will be separated by divisions. ACE Pot: Report all Aces to TD after round. If an ace is not hit during tournament play, there is a throw off at the end of the event. Ties: Any first place tie will result in a sudden death playoff that will be played indefinitely until the tie is resolved. Refunds All drop requests prior to 7/13/2024 will be given 100% monetary refund (minus $5 handling fee). All drop requests after 7/14/2024 will be given 100% monetary refund (minus a $5 handling fee) ONLY if there is a replacement player on the waitlist. Should a player not be backfilled from the waitlist, the player will not be refunded and will need to make arrangements to pick up his or her player’s pack or pay for the shipping. Shipping amounts will be requested via PayPal and must be fulfilled before shipment. All shipments will be completed AFTER the event has concluded. All arrangements for player’s packs must be made within 30 days of tournament completion; otherwise, your player’s pack will be forfeited. All players on the waitlist will be refunded in full on Monday 7/29/2024.
