King of the Dot 6 - East Park Home Town Throwdown

Welcome to the 6th stop on the King of the Dot Tour the East Park Home Town Throwdown at East Park in Mason City Iowa! The course where Showcase Disc Golf went from a mere idea into forming a company to keep bringing disc golf to North Iowa and beyond. This is PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier event and we will have the opportunity to throw 2 rounds at the lovely East Park in Mason City Iowa. Playing through the sprawling East Park along the banks of the Winnebago river, East Park is a longer track that uses a good mix of longer bomber throws and shorter precision shots to challenge all players. With several par 4's and 4 different water carries this course is sure to challenge. As this is the heart of the disc golf season we will have East Park set up in its typical challenging format to test your true skills. Sign up online or day of from 830-930am Players meeting at 945 am Tee off at 10am 1 hour break for lunch after the last card is turned in. Women, Juniors, MA3 and MA4 will play short pad on Holes 7, 9, and 10. Holes 7 and 14 will be in the alternate longer placements. Hole 8 will tee off from a temporary tee pad.
