Lafayette Classic III

Presenting the Lafayette Classic at Lafayette High School! This is a 2 round, shotgun start c-tier tournament hosted by Bomb Discs. This tournament supports the Future Teachers of Kentucky Scholarship at the University of Kentucky. Pros: $50 Ams: $35 Player's Pack (first 45 Ams) is one premium Innova Disc and a Bomb Disc Towel. Innova Molds: MF Champion Destroyer; Star Rollo, Teebird, Wraith; and champ Toros. Ace Pool included in registration fee $3 CTP for Ams Only Hole Sponsorships are available for $25 Format: First tee-off will be @ 9:00am and the second will start an hour after the last card finishes the first round to give everyone time for lunch. Registration: 72 player cap! There are division caps to retain spots or high schools and students to compete. Spots are first come, first served. On Sunday June 30th, we will have an all day Flex Event using the same layout. You can register for that here. Course Details: This 18 hole course was designed by Christopher McCurry and Stephen Cassity using Lafayette High School’s and the neighboring School for Creative and Performing Arts’ (SCAPA) abundant green space. The roads and sidewalks provide an opportunity to shape shots around these OB areas. Five of the holes will be inside the stadium where players will throw end zone to end zone, through the stadium seating, and from the baseball commentator’s deck. We are excited for you to play the course. The current par is set at 57. There may be changes needed to the course up until the day of. Arrive early the morning of to practice tournament holes.
