Welcome to the First Annual Lakeland Open! This is the first ever PDGA Sanctioned tournament in the Lloydminster/Lakeland area. This will be a PDGA C-Tier meaning you are NOT required to buy a PDGA membership to play, but you will be charged an additional $10 PDGA fee in order to participate if you are not a member. Part of The North Woods Tour in Alberta - Sponsored by Wildman Disc Golf Pro - Will compete for entry fee money (minus the passthrough fees) + $500 added cash! Amateur - This will be a "true amateur event", as defined by the PDGA. Trophies will be awarded to top finisher in each division, and all amateur players will receive player packs equal in value to 100%+ of their net registration fee! Player Passthrough Fees Green Fees - $15 PDGA/Player Fee - $5 Tee Assignments Tee assignments are subject to change prior to event. Some tee assignments may utilize tees from multiple layouts in the same round. MPO/MP40/MA1/MA40/FPO/FP40/MP50/FA1/MA2 - White/White/White FA2/FA40/FP50/FA3/MA4/MJ/FJ - Red/Red/Red Vendors Wildman Disc Golf -Will be on site with a selection of products to purchase or for you to redeem player’s pack vouchers. -You can place orders on their website and select local pickup prior to Friday to save on shipping! Kitscoty Golf Course Concession -Snacks & beverages available Accommodations The Kitscoty Regional Campground is located on the same property as the Disc Golf Course, so you will have the option of camping right on site! https://www.campreservations.ca/campground/kitscoty-regional-park-campground-2577 Booking for camping opens on May 1st. Powered & Non-powered tent sites available. More than 1 tent allowed per site - so coordinate with other players to split a site if you can! If all tent sites are taken, we will have overflow camping available that you can register for at tournament time. Lloydminster is close by with plenty of hotel options. The Hampton Inn on the west end of town is a 15 minute drive from the course.
