No fee will be collected to add yourself to the waitlist. When a spot opens up, the next person on the waitlist will be promoted to the registered list and will be notified by email. Players who are promoted off the waitlist will have 48 hours to accept the spot by making payment in full, otherwise the spot will be offered to the next player on the waitlist. --------------------------- TEE TIMES: Flex start! Tee times are selected by players during registration and are available every 10 minutes between 9am - 12pm. Cards of 3-4 players can include mixed divisions so you can play with friends! Your 2nd round on the Pitch & Putt Course will be played with the same card mates as round 1. Players will get a brief break between rounds and then will begin round 2. --------------------------- COURSE LAYOUTS FOR EACH DIVISION: ROUND 1 - Red Course, Standard Layout: MPO, MP40, MP50, MP60, MA40, MA50, MA60, MA70, MA1, MA2, MA3 - Green Layout on the Red Course (9 shorter alt. tees on holes 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 18): MA4, MJ15, - Queens of Kayak Layout on the Red Course (1R, 2R, 3G, 4R, 5R, 6R, 7G, 8R, 9R, 10G, 11R, 12R, 13R, 14R, 15R, 16G, 17R, 18R): FPO, FP40, FA1, FA40, FA2, FA3, FA4, FJ15 ROUND 2 - Pitch & Putt Course (Normal Layout): ALL DIVISIONS --------------------------- PAYOUTS, PRIZES, & AWARDS: Pros will receive cash payouts via PayPal. Ams will receive payouts in the form of scrip/credit loaded onto gift cards for the on-site Pro Shop. We will payout the top 45% of each Pro division and top 50% of each Am division. Payout details will be shared through our Facebook page, on this DGS event, and posted in the clubhouse following the event. Trophies will also be awarded to the 1st place in each division. Players will have 90 days after the event to pick up player packs, trophies, prizes, and any winnings. After 90 days, the items will be forfeited. If you sign up for a division that has no other players in it within 14 days of the event, a trophy may not be available based on ability to complete it in short notice. If there is a tie for 1st place and players are present for a playoff, a sudden death playoff will begin on hole 1 of the same course and layout just played. If players are not present to complete the playoff, we cannot guarantee a trophy for each player that tied. --------------------------- PLAYER CHECK-IN: Players should check-in in the clubhouse at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time. ----------------------------- PLAYER PACKS: Amateurs will receive a Player Pack that includes a custom tournament stamped disc and more, valued at twice the amount paid in towards the player pack. --------------------------- ACE POTS: Our Rolling Tournament Ace Pot rolls over to this event for round 1 on the Red Course. The Tournament Ace Pot has a cap of $1,000 and once achieved, a backup Tournament Ace Pot is started. If it is not hit during this event, it will roll over to our next tournament in our lineup. The Tournament Ace Pot (mentioned above) applies to round 1 on the Red Course only. Aces on the Pitch & Putt course have a SEPARATE P&P Ace Pot and the player(s) with the most Aces will win that Ace Pot (ties split). --------------------------- COURE NOTES: Red Course - Players may take up to 1 meter of relief from large logs that line cart paths if they hinder a lie or run-up. --------------------------- GOLF CARTS: Golf carts will not be available to players during tournament rounds, though they will be available for rent to spectators or for rounds following tournament rounds. --------------------------- LIVE SCORING: Scoring for both rounds will be handled using PDGA Live Scoring at pdga.com/score. The passcode will be provided during check-in. Players will complete and submit the scores for round 1, then start a new scorecard for round 2. --------------------------- FOOD & DRINK: ACES BBQ will be open for lunch from 11am - 3pm! There is also a variety of snacks available for purchase in the Pro Shop, as well as non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks which can be consumed anywhere on the property. Outside alcohol is prohibited due to our alcohol license.
