C-Tier PDGA Sanctioned Tournament Sunday June 23 Legend In My Hometown (Ocala Greenway) Sponsors Disc Golf Center Gateway Disc Sports Be The Disc Two 18 Hole Rounds taking place at the historic Ocala Greenway Disc Golf Course Established in 2003 by Michael Pierannunzi and Butch Zimmerman, this 24 hole course is built on an abandoned barge canal. Proposals for this canal reach as far back as 1567 until the ultimate dismemberment of the idea in 1991, providing visitors a glimpse into central Florida’s past. We will be playing custom 18 hole layouts. These layouts are published as a .pdf available in the "Documents" section of this event page. Amateur Entry Fee: $45 $30 to Player Pack $10 to Payout through Disc Golf Center $5 to Event Fees (PDGA and Rental) Single Round Reduced Fee Option: $35 . . Divisions MA60/FA60 and MA3/FA3 . . $30 for Player Pack / $5 to Payout event fees waved All Juniors: Reduced Fee $25 $20 to player pack / $5 Event Fees Added Bonus Player Pack Item MJ12,15 single round MJ/FJ 18 Two rounds No Payout Professional Entry Fee: $55 Player Pack All Amateur players receive a Player Pack This includes a stock disc of your choice from our selection on site. Additionally you can choose one of the following three options, (event shirt and disc featured in pictures section) Event Logo T-Shirt or Event Logo Disc or Disc Golf Center Voucher: $15 to player, $5 added to division payout Payout Professional - PDGA mandated pro payout guidelines followed (No added cash) Amateur - min. 45% of each division All Amateur Divisions payout will be through Disc Golf Center. You will receive vouchers associated with your email and redeemable online or in person. Division payout totals will be decided as follows: Two round divisions: $10 per player in division (MA/FA 1,2,40,50) Single round divisions: $5 per player in division (MA/FA 3,60) All Divisions: Players that choose "Voucher" option for player pack will have $5 added to their specific divisions total payout. (No Payout for Junior Divisions) Awards Amateur divisions with more then 3 entrants will receive custom award. Pool and Tee Pad Assignments Players will be grouped by Pool for ratings. A Pool: MPO / MP40 / MP50 / MA1 Long Tee both rounds B Pool: MA40 1st Round Long Tee, 2nd Round Short Tee C Pool: MA2 / MA50 / MJ15 / MJ18 Short Tee both rounds D Pool: FPO / FP40 / FP50 / FA1 / FA2 / FA40 / FA50 / FJ15 / FJ18 Short Tee both rounds E Pool: MA60 / FA60 / MA3 / FA3 / MJ12 / FJ12 Short Tee, Single round tournament All proceeds from this tournament go toward supporting the disc golf pursuits of Ryder Boutwell and Legend Hermes as they compete in the Junior World Championships this July in Tulsa OK
