MVP's Open at Austin presented by Flight Factory Discs Welcome to the 11th Edition of the The Open Disc Golf Championship as we enter our fifth consecutive year as a DGPT event and our first year as DGPT+ four round tournament. We couldn't be more pleased to welcome onboard MVP Disc Sports as our title sponsor and welcome back Flight Factory as presenting sponsor! Y'all are awesome! Thank you! In 2025, the Stetson's will be competed for on two courses: Thursday and Friday at Sprinkle Valley DGC and Saturday and Sunday at The Open Course at Harvey Penick DGC. The courses are 10-15 minutes driving distance from each other depending on traffic. We are enjoying working with Zach Jansen the good folks at MINT Discs and Sprinkle Valley in producing this elite competition. Both teams are working hard and fast to have the courses in tip top shape by Monday 3/17. Thanks fellas on both courses! It's truly amazing what you do for the sport. WHILE PRACTICING AT HARVEY PENICK Be aware kids from the First Tee of Austin will be doing golf drills on a small part of the property. The holes involved (2, 3, 4) will not be available for practice during certain times Monday thru Thursday.
