New Year's Eve Bash 3

3rd Annual New Year's Eve Bash! This is a PDGA C-tier event. When- Dec. 28, 2024 Where- St. Julian Park Check-in @Hole 1 - 8 AM to 8:30AM Tee Time - 9 AM Entry Per Player Pros- $27 AMS- $27 Youth- $27 Entry Pass through Fees -includes PDGA Fee, $2.00 per player, and $5.00 Green Fee Payouts Pros - Payouts are 100% of Net Entry remaining after PDGA and Green Fees. Payouts are distributed to the top 40% of each Pro division. AMs - Payouts are 100% of Net entry remaining after the PDGA and Green Fees ($20.00 per player), increased from the PDGA Rule for C-Tiers of 85%. Payouts are distributed to the Top 45% of each AM division field via Voucher. Per the Vending Rules at St. Julian Park, and to keep the cost lower for players, there will be no vending on site at the park. Vouchers will be made with the PDGA recommendations of 30 days to redeem at any of our locations in Pineville, Lafayette, or Slidell, La. If a player would like an electronic voucher for our online store, please let us know so we can make an electronic voucher for our online store. There is NO player pack. Division layouts for 2 Rounds MPO, MP40, MA1 Divisions- White Layout FPO, MP50, MP60, MA40, MA2, MA3, FA1, FA2 Divisions- Red to White Layout FA3, FA4, FA50, MA4, MA50, FA60, MA70, MA80, and all other divisions - Red Layout Caddie book Will be sent by EMAIL to participants. If you do not receive the caddie book by Friday morning on the 27th, please send us an email. The Caddie book will be used for all calls in the event of a discrepancy during the tournament. If you want to play ALL the Holes below and Challenge your game on the course; you must sign up in MPO, MP40, or MA1. Any division may request to play the White layout on the day of the event. The requesting division as a WHOLE, must unanimously agree to play the harder layout both rounds, and as a division let the Tournament director know after the player's meeting. If all players in the requesting division do not agree or are not present after the player's meeting, the players who want to play the harder layout have the option to move up or remain in their current division. Waiver acquired for the following hole. See Tournament pictures in the Discussion Tab for reference. 1. Hole 9- "I-HO Island, Ahoy! Island Green: Any throw from the Tee must come to rest on the Island Green to be able to mark on the Island Green. Throws from the Tee that don’t come to rest on the Island Green must proceed to the division's designated Drop Zone with a penalty throw. All other throws use normal OB rules. Players may choose to not throw from the Tee and instead proceed directly to their division's Drop Zone at the cost of two penalty throws, so throwing three from the Drop Zone. More update to come!
