Outside "Circle 1" Flex @ Eastway Park

This is a 1 round Flex start tournament presented by Circle 1! Please check in 10 mins before your tee time for a quick card meeting with Austin Teal / Michael Holt the TD's to go over OB and any questions regarding the event. LIVE SCORING will be used. Honest and fair play is expected. Live scoring also provides elevated sponsorship recognition and exposure. LAYOUT: We will be using the "Beastway" layout for ALL Divisions. Updated 9/19: The new Teepads were poured on Holes 11, 12, 14, 18. On these holes we will use "Middle" tee pads. A flag will mark the correct Tee to use. All AM's will receive a $15 gift card to use at Circle 1. "Outside Circle 1" events provides ambassador team members, that are registered TDs, the platform to run a flex within their disc golf community. Player packs are provided to Ams, in this case a $15 gift card, but often we have a tiered system (Battle Pass), where the item improves with each event a player attends (while the cost remains the same). There is no CTP buy in, but for those who buy into the Ace Pot you will be eligible for the CTP if an Ace is not hit. We are advocates of a model that benefits all the parties involved. The course/club gets their cut, in this case $1/more than normal, which is awesome to be able to provide additional support. The TD is compensated for the time that goes into promotion, prep, and time commitment day of (8+ hours). Circle 1 fee ensures operational costs are covered (sanctioning fee, time, etc.). We’re confident in the experience we have been able to provide to players in our events. Though many events are run from a volunteer standpoint, our model sets up to provide the best product possible by ensuring all the parties are covered. Tournament costs vary in today’s landscape, while we may not be the cheapest, we also don’t feel like we’re the most expensive. Our focus is to provide the best experience possible.
