Join us for a 1-round WOMEN'S-ONLY SANCTIONED C-Tier tournament using a hybrid layout on the Red Course with some of the shorter Green tees. Flex start with tee times between 9am - 11am. Player packs will be provided for all Ams. Cash payouts to Pros and scrip to Kayak Point DGR Pro Shop for Ams. --------------------------- ENTRY FEES: The event is sanctioned by the PDGA as a C-Tier. Entry fee of $50/player, $30/Junior includes: PROS - Course & Facilities Fee ($12) - Cash payouts via PayPal ($36) - PDGA Fee ($2) AMS - Course & Facilities Fee ($12) - Scrip, Pro Shop Store Credit ($20) - Player Pack ($16) - PDGA Fee ($2) Juniors - Course & Facilities Fee ($8) - Scrip, Pro Shop Store Credit ($10) - Player Pack ($10) - PDGA Fee ($2) Optional CTP buy in = $3 Optional Ace Pot = $2 --------------------------- COURSE LAYOUT: All Divisions will play the same layout, a hybrid on the Red Course using 4 Green tees. This layout is already on UDisc for practice rounds! 1R, 2R, 3G, 4R, 5R, 6R, 7G, 8R, 9R, 10G, 11R, 12R, 13R, 14R, 15R, 16G, 17R, 18R --------------------------- TEE TIMES: Flex Start: Players will choose a card/tee time during registration, cards can include players in different divisions. All cards must have a minimum of 3 players, 4 players are preferred. --------------------------- PAYOUTS, PRIZES, & AWARDS: Pros will receive cash payouts via PayPal. Ams will receive payouts in the form of scrip/credit loaded onto gift cards for the on-site Pro Shop. We will payout the top 45% of each Pro division and top 50% of each Am division. Payout details will be shared through our Facebook page, on this DGS event, and posted in the clubhouse following the event. Trophies will also be awarded to the 1st place team in each division. Players will have 90 days after the event to pick up player packs, trophies, prizes, and any winnings. After 90 days, the items will be forfeited. If you sign up for a division that has no other players in it within 14 days of the event, a trophy may not be available based on ability to complete it on short notice. --------------------------- PLAYER CHECK-IN: Players should check-in at the Pro Shop at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time to get the PDGA Live Scoring passcode and Ams can pick up their player pack. --------------------------- LIVE SCORING: ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP SCORE FOR THE ENTIRE CARD AND PROMPTLY SUBMIT THEIR SCORECARDS AFTER EACH ROUND. Scores will be tracked using PDGA Live Scoring available at pdga.com/score or the PDGA Live Scoring App (preferred). The passcode will be provided at player check-in. --------------------------- PDGA RULES: This is a PDGA Sanctioned event and follows all PDGA rules, players are responsible for knowing and adhering to all PDGA rules. There have been several big rule changes made for the 2024 season. Please make sure you have reviewed all the new and current rules. The 2024 rule revisions can be found on the PDGA website at https://www.pdga.com/news/pdga-official-rules-disc-golf-and-competition-manual-updated-2024 Complete PDGA rules for sanctioned events can be found at https://www.pdga.com/rules/official-rules-disc-golf -------------------------- COURSE NOTES FOR THIS EVENT: Red Course Holes: Players may take up to 1 meter of relief from large logs that line cart paths if they hinder a lie or run-up. --------------------------- ACE POT: $2 optional Ace Pot during registration. 100% cash payout for an Ace. If multiple Aces hit, money will be split evenly. You must buy into the Ace Pot prior to starting your round to win the Ace Pot. In case no aces are hit, we'll also do a CTP challenge using the right practice basket in the driving range for the ace pot money. So, if you bought into the Ace Pot, after completing your tournament round, walk over to the driving range and throw 1 shot at the right practice basket, teeing off between the 2 pink flags. There will be a special CTP flag out there near the teeing area, or basket. ---------------------------- GOLF CARTS: Golf carts will not be available to players during tournament rounds. They will be available for rent to spectators. --------------------------- FOOD & DRINK: A variety of snacks are available for purchase in the Pro Shop, as well as non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks which can be consumed anywhere on the property. Outside alcohol is prohibited due to our alcohol license.
