River Dogs Open 2024

This tournament is open to all and is a great opportunity to try one of Alberta's new premier courses. One day PDGA C-tier at the Red Tail Ridge Disc Golf Course located roughly 30km West of Calgary along hwy 1. Tee pads should be installed and ready for the first time at this course before the tournament. There will be access to the course the day before the event for practice rounds. 2 rounds of 18 holes with shotgun starts. No amenities nearby so plan to stay at the course for a brief lunch; bring food and lots of water. There will be bathrooms. Pro and Am divisions will be available. Divisions with fewer than three players may be collapsed into another division. 100% cash payouts for Pros. True Amateur event for Ams. All ams will have a choice of an item from the River Dogs vault such as a disc or several other items including hats and bags, many of which are worth well over the price of registration. Registration has a $10 fee for the course, and $5 for course amenities. Non-current PDGA members will be required to pay the $10 non-member fee.
