Quinte Disc Golf Association has worked hard to get to this point, and we cannot wait to hold another incredible event for you! Registration Registration is set to open to the public on Thursday August 1st 8:00pm EST. Early registration will be offered to current members of the Quinte Disc Golf Association in accordance with ODSA guidelines on Tuesday July 30th 7:00pm EST. Women and Junior divisions will have protected spots held for one week after registration opens, caps on other divisions will lift after that. We are also offering early registrations for all sponsorship tier options (limited to 10) on Wednesday July 31st at 6:00pm EST. Course / Layouts Riverside West Disc Golf Course, the starting hole for this event will be hole 17 to maximize tournament central space and so we have a larger parking lot. MPO/FPO/MP40/MP50 – R1=long R2=long MA1/FA1/MA2 - R1=long R2=short MA70/FA60/MA60/FA50/MA50/FA40/MA40/FA2/MA3/FA3 - R1=short R2=short Top 45% of divisions will be paid out Tentative tee time structure is as follows, starting at 8:00 am and 12 minutes intervals between groups: MA70, FA60/50, MA60, FA3, MA3, MA2, MA50, FA40/FA2, MA40, FA1/FPO, MA1, MP50/40, MPO This schedule is tentative until registration closes and is subject to slight changes depending on numbers. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out. Player’s Packs Player’s packs are optional! Player’s packs will be sold very close to cost if you choose to select one. Please select “I want a player’s pack” when registering. If registering less than 1 month before the start of the event, you may not have the option to select a player’s pack but may have a chance to purchase one onsite depending on availability. The players pack contents are; 1 Custom billy goat towel from GoatTowel AND 1 other item. We are looking into options but expect it to be a knee pad or a birdie tag, if you purchase a pack and decide you do not want one we will refund your money until September 1st. Over the years it seems stamped discs are not as desired at every event; our player packs will not include a custom stamped disc which provides players a larger payout. Discy Chicks will also be on-site vending as well as handling all AM payouts. We are cooking up some cool stuff, so stay tuned for more! Trophies will be custom boxing belts! There will be trophies for all divisions with three (3) or more players. Be ready for some beauties for year 3! Caddy book There is a digital map of all the holes as well as a caddy book that is optimized to your phone size in the comments of Disc Golf Scene. All players will receive a breakdown of costs as well as a survey from PDGA to rate the quality of the event. If there is any money left over from the 25$ fee after the event costs, it will roll back into player pay outs.
