This tournament is primarily a fund raiser for the Southern Maryland Food Bank. Ams will be $6 and PROs $26. We have done a Competition Endowment Program Application for this event meaning the $3 the PDGA normally charges per person is donated to the charity and the event matches that $3 for a $6 per player donation. For Ams this means all the entry fees will be donated to the charity. AMs will receive a paper certificate for winning MA1 and FA1 that will be mailed. You will need to provide an address. For PROs in addition to the $6 donation mention above, 25% of the remaining enter fee will go to the charity. $26 - $6 - $5 = $15 for payout and following PDGA guidelines of top 40% payout. The $15 fee for not being a PDGA member will also be donated to the charity. We will be playing Red to B. Subject to changes prior to the event. *********************************************** Mulligans will be for Amateurs Only ************************************************* Mulligans are $2 each and we hope your desire to beat your friends (and donate to charity) will encourage you to spend big! A different disc must be used when calling for a mulligan and each mulligan replaces your previous shot. You cannot do a mulligan and then take your previous throws lie. Since this event has Mulligans and is an XC-tier. You will get points, but no ratings. For 2025 club members. We have decided to do tags a bit different this year. You will create your own group of 3 or 4 with tee times. The point of this is to pit friends against each other to get the best tag. We will divide the tags into 4 buckets. Each bucket will represent the place you finish in your group. If you finish first in your group, you will pull from the #1 bucket. If you finish 4th you will pull from the #4 bucket. We will divide the four buckets by the number of groups there are. Example: if we have 10 groups (40) players then bucket #1 would have 1-10 tag meaning if you win your group the worst tag you can get is #10 and if you finish 4th, you could get #40. If 2 or less players are set for tee time they will be held from teeing off until enough players are available to make a group of 3 or larger.
