Southern Oregon Winter Series is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We follow ALL PDGA Guidelines for Refunds. It is the players responsibility to read the PDGA refund guidelines. This includes a $10 handling fee for all drop outs even if your spot in the event is filled. SOWS Refund Policy 2024-2025 1. Any drop out more than 48 hours before the start of the event will receive 100% refund minus the $10 handling fee as outlined in the PDGA refund policy. This include ace pot/TD tip back. 2. Any drop out within 48 hours of the start of an event will only receive the 100% refund minus the $10 handling fee if their spot is filled at the time of the refund request by a player on the wait list. 3. If there is no wait list and a player drops out within 48 hours of the start of an event, they will not receive a refund. If you are playing on AM day, you have the option for another player in the field to pick up a players pack disc for you. This is your responsibility to make sure someone does. The players pack disc may not be picked up at a later event, only the one you dropped out of. This is due to different TD’s providing players packs for different events and each event being tracked separately financially. Pro drop outs do not have this option.
