Spring Fever 4

Welcome to our first B-Tier of the year. We are excited to have you all again for our fourth installment of Spring Fever. This is a two-day, two-round, tee-time event for pros and amateurs at Oak Ridge and Westy Acres. The first round is at Oak Ridge on Saturday, May 11th, and the final round is at Westy Acres on Sunday, May 12th. LAYOUTS Oak Ridge 18 MPO, MP40, MP50, FPO, MA1, MA2, MA40 - Gold Tees MA50, MA60, FP40, FP50, FA1, FA2, FA40, FA50, FA60 - Red Tees Westy Acres - Westy Tournament 18 MPO, MP40 - Blue Tees MP50, MP60, FPO, FP40, FP50, FA1, MA1, MA2, MA40, MA50, MA60 - White Tees FP60, FA40, FA50, FA60, FA2 - Red Tees Oak Ridge has all-new turf tee pads and a new full Red layout! EVENT FEES: The entry fee for this event varies by division. From each entry, the following will be deducted: - $3 to the PDGA - $2 to bathrooms - $3 to greens fees which pays for course upkeep - $3 TD fee donated to support the event - The remainder of each Pro entry will be applied directly to the cost of awards and to the payout for that division. - The remainder of each Amateur entry will be used to cover the cost of their player pack, division awards and then applied to the payout for that division. TROPHIES There will be trophies for all divisions with three (3) or more players. Divisions with ten (10) or more players will have first, second, and third place trophies. PAYOUTS $750 added cash. Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via Paypal or Venmo within 48 hours of completion of the event. Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. All amateur divisions play for merchandise credit at Disc Golf 978. PLAYERS MEETING Players will receive an email with all event information. Westy Acres Caddie Book: https://westyacres.com/rules/Westy_2024_tourney_18_holeCaddieBook.pdf AWARDS Awards will be presented on Sunday approximately 15 minutes after last card is in for each division. CAMPING Camping is available at Westy Acres for $5. There will be a porta-potty available near the camping area. The camping area has separate vehicle access from the course and is adjacent to hole 14 of the Westy casual layout. The address will be included in the information sent to participants.
