When you finish 18, follow the path past the lake and to the left. There are short and long tees marked. -Hole 17 will play to a temp basket about 50 feet shorter than the normal basket. You can see the basket from the teepad. -Any standing water will play as a casual hazard (move lie back along the line of play to nearest dry spot and throw from there) Also, please remember to get your PDGA live app ready to go with the code jcopen24 Per the new PDGA rules, everyone is required to keep score. SUMMARY 2 rounds 19 Holes Shotgun Start We are finalizing some plans right now, but we expect to include a temp hole or two depending on the registration numbers. This tournament will use the Official Rules of Disc Golf from the PDGA for play This tournament is set up as a fundraiser to benefit the Jackson County Disc Golf Club a 501(c)(3) organization. All proceeds will go directly to supporting disc golf in and around Jackson County Florida at Citizen's Lodge Park and another course coming soon! We will use PDGA live scoring to keep score. pdga.com/live use code "jcopen24" PLAYER'S PACKS + PRIZES You may opt out of the player's pack (you will still be entered in the CTP and play for a trophy - you are only opting our of the discs and extra item) - This will save $25 per player - Simply select the "No Player's Pack" option at checkout. MPO and FPO divisions will play for 100% payout and trophies. Player's Packs for Amateurs: $60+ value per person -- 1 Prime or Retro or Origio Putter Misprint from a large selection -- 1 Premium Plastic Disc (mid, fairway, or driver) from a large selection -- 1 custom Jackson County Open towel with a map of the course on it -- 1 misprint mini (random colors) -- All am players will have 2 CTPs per round (each worth around $25) -- Trophies for first, second, and third for each division -- And a cake pop goodie bag (naturally) REGISTRATION INFORMATION Need at least 3 players per division - If you would like a division that is not available, please let me know. I will trim empty divisions based on current registration on 2 weeks before the tournament. I can still open additional divisions, however, divisions opened within 14 days of the tournament will not have trophies (I need a 2 week lead time on ordering them). LAYOUTS May change slightly. Will be finalized in early Jan Baskets will be in mixed positions (mostly A positions, current in UDisc) MPO, MA1 - Long Tees MA2, MA40, FPO- Longs on 1, 4, 5, 6, 10, 13, 14, 16, 17 and shorts on 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 15, 18. MA3, MA50 - Short Tees MA4, FA2, Junior Divisions - Short Tees except for holes 3, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, which will have shorter tee positions marked with flags (will be natural tees), will also not play OB or Hazard on Holes 7, 8, 12, 18, 19 REFUNDS The Jackson County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the PDGA refund policy 1.03 in the Competition Manual. All withdrawals may be subject to a handling fee not to exceed $10. Hole Sponsorships are non-refundable after signs have been printed. Withdrawal refunds (minus handling fee) > 30 days prior - 100% 15-29 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, otherwise, 50% or no refund if you wish to pick up your player's pack < 14 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, otherwise, 50% or no refund if you wish to pick up your player's pack 48 hours prior - no refund, player's pack pickup available No show - no refund, no player's pack If a division is vacated due to lack of participation, all participants will be notified and allowed to either change divisions or receive a 100% refund with no handling fee within 72 hours of the change of division notification.
