All Am divisions will play for a CTP during the first round on hole 5. There will be one CTP flag at each basket (Red and Black). MA1, MA3, MA40, FPO will use the black basket CTP and MA2, MA4, MA50, RAG, MJ18, FA1 will use the red basket CTP. Both CTPs are for a disc golf basket. Please pay attention to which CTP you are playing for. 3. Please park to the right of the driveway when you get there. We need to keep the lot free for other park users. 4. We will use PDGA live for scoring. It will help to get the app ahead of time. Then use the code tossem24 to get signed in. The app has hole notes and notifications that can help you during the round. All participants must keep score per the new PDGA rules. 5. If you would like to purchase another player's pack or you opted out be decide that you want one, I will sell them for $25 each. 6. If no aces are hit during the round, we will have a throw off as you arrive back at tournament central after the second round. To accept the ace pot payout, I will need your paypal email. This tournament will use the Official Rules of Disc Golf from the PDGA for play This tournament is set up as a fundraiser to benefit the Jackson County Disc Golf Club a 501(c)(3) organization. All proceeds will go directly to supporting disc golf in and around Jackson County Florida at Citizen's Lodge Park and another course coming soon! We will use PDGA live scoring to keep score. pdga.com/live use code tossem24 PLAYER'S PACKS + PRIZES + PAYOUT You may opt out of the player's pack (you will still be entered in the CTP)- you're basically selling your player's pack back to the club for $25 - This will save $25 per player - Simply select the "No Player's Pack" option at checkout. MPO and FPO divisions will play for 100% payout after the per player PDGA fee. Player's Packs for Amateurs: $55 value per person -- 1 custom stamped MVP/Axiom Explore Jackson County Tournament disc -- 1 disc from a selection of MVP discs that includes past custom stamps, misprint stamps, and lab seconds -- 1 Firefly Glow Vinyl (aqua, blue, and green options) -- All am players will be entered in the CTPs (see caddy book for more information) REGISTRATION INFORMATION Need at least 4 players per division - If you would like a division that is not available, please let me know. Divisions will be final 7 days prior to the tournament. I will trim divisions that are not full at that point. Exceptions may be made depending on which divisions have players and which layouts they are playing. Please note that players who play MPO or FPO and accept cash will have their status set as professional in the PDGA system. I can honor requests to play with another player who is in the same division as you during the first round only. Second round assignments are based on first round score. LAYOUTS Both the long (A, BLACK) and short (B, RED) basket positions will be installed during the tournament. Different divisions will play different tee and basket locations as noted below. These layouts are currently in UDisc. Please note the layout you are playing before the tournament. MPO, MA1 - Long tees to BLACK (A, long) baskets MA2- Long tees to RED (B, short) baskets, except short tees on holes 8 and 18 MA3, MA40, FPO - Short tees to BLACK (A, long) baskets MA4, MA50, RAG, MJ18, FA1 - Short tees to RED (B, short) baskets. RAG (Purple) is a division that requires <800 rating FUNDING This is a breakdown of the fees associated with registration as required by the PDGA. Be aware that I as a tournament director make no profit from the tournament at all. Any fees listed below that would go to a director or would profit an individual are donated directly to the Jackson County Disc Golf Club a 501(c)(3) organization. AM value --$2 per player PDGA fee --$2 per player TD fee (donated directly to the Club) --$50 per player to player's pack --$4 per player for CTP's --Total provided value is $60 at the minimum Pro Value --100% of pro entry fee will be paid out as cash after the $2 per player PDGA fee If you have any questions or concerns about where your money is going, please reach out to me. REFUNDS The Jackson County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the PDGA refund policy 1.03 in the Competition Manual. All withdrawals may be subject to a handling fee not to exceed $10. Hole Sponsorships are non-refundable after signs have been printed. Withdrawal refunds (minus handling fee) > 30 days prior - 100% 15-29 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, otherwise, 50% or no refund if you wish to pick up your player's pack < 14 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, otherwise, 50% or no refund if you wish to pick up your player's pack 48 hours prior - no refund, player's pack pickup available No show - no refund, no player's pack If a division is vacated due to lack of participation, all participants will be notified and allowed to either change divisions or receive a 100% refund with no handling fee within 72 hours of the change of division notification.
