Welcome to The Splash presented by Orlando Disc Golf Saturday October 12, 2024 2 Rounds of 18 Holes, Shotgun start. Taking place on both courses at Barnett Park Players meeting info will be distributed electronically the week of the event. There will be no onsite players meeting but you will need to check in on Saturday morning before the first round. Hole assignments will be on PDGA app WEATHER STATEMENT Tournament management is actively following the development of Hurricane Milton as it approaches the Florida coast. Most models show the storm passing well before our event on Saturday. On Friday we will be assessing the courses for safety issues, it is possible pin/pad positions will need changes. We do not expect the weather to cause us to postpone this year's event. If we find on Friday, the course is unplayable or on Saturday the weather is still dangerous our reschedule date will be 10/26 or 10/27. If this becomes the case we will communicate through email, Facebook, and on the DiscGolfScene event page. Tee Assignments: Longs - MPO, MP40, MA1 Shorts - MP50, MP60, MA40, MA2, MA3, MA50, MA60, ALL Female Hole 18 Parkside Long Basket - MP0, MP40, MP50, MA40, MA1, MA2 Short Basket - MP60, MA3, MA50, MA60, ALL Female Starting holes will be posted on evening of Oct 11th. Ace Fund $5 Ace Fund If no Ace is hit during the 2 rounds or playoffs we will be hosting a throw off after the second round. Must be present to participate. To open/keep a division will require 3 players. A specific number of spots will be available by division until approximately October 1st (subject to change), at which point available slots may be distributed to other divisions. Non-offered division have the choice to switch to another division in which they are eligible or receive a full refund.
