Join us for our 4th Annual Throw The Distance Triples Tournament!!! This will be a triples event (teams of 3 players) to benefit David’s Dream and Believe Cancer Foundation. 100% of the proceeds of this event will go to DD&BCF. This event will play best shot. (All 3 members will throw, and the consensus of the team will decide which disc they want to play from). This event will be one round, 21 holes. All divisions play long tees (except holes 8, 13, 16 & 17 will play off short tees), but there will be lots of changes to many holes (Mando's, Islands, obstacles and a few surprises) to make this event more challenging and fun! This is an PDGA XC-Tier. It is a non-rated round, but you will receive points. Please download the PDGA Live App (Digital Scorecard), as we will use this for scoring. Player packs will consist of a custom stamp (LiveLoveLovas) disc from Dynamic Discs, a Towch product and a $5 gift card from Infinite Discs! CTP prizes (Jersey Discs Gift Cards) for each division. CTP is included in the entry fee. As this is a charity event, there will be no cash payouts. Trophies will be awarded to the first place members in each division. Incase of a tie score for 1st in a division, tied teams will play a maximum of 3 extra play-off holes (12, 13 long & 18). If teams are still tied after the 3 play-off holes, the teams will have a putt-off on the 18th basket to determine a winner. Finally, as in the past 3 years, we will have our gift auction after the event with lots of awesome gifts! (Both disc golf and non-disc golf related). Companies that have donated so far include, MVP, Innova, 1010 Discs, OTB Discs, Trash Panda, Discmania, Disc Store, Grip6, Grip EQ and more!!!! Slippery Saucers Disc Golf will be present with their mobile Store!
