Welcome to the first annual Tree Love Championship Powered by Finish Line Discs!! 2 Rounds of 18 Holes at Parc Des Families. Shotgun Start (starting at 9 am) AM Player Pack- Finish Line Disc Valued at $20.00 Am players can choose from 1 of the following Molds from Finish Line. 1. Supra - Flight numbers 5/5/0/1 2. Interval - Flight numbers 12/5/-1/2 3. Rally - Flight numbers 8/5/-1/2 Fees- PDGA Fee - $2.00 Facilities Fee - $7.00 Top 45% of AMs per Division will be paid out in voucher to Cajun Jesters DG. 100% payout of Net Entry Fees to Amateur purse (prizes + player packs), satisfying the PDGA C-Tier requirements of a minimum of 85% Payout for Amateurs. *Entry Fee breakdown for AMs. $47.00 Entry -2.00 PDGA Fee -$5.00 Facilities Fee -$20.00 Player pack disc $20.00 per Am player goes to payouts* Top 40% of Pros per Division will be paid out Via PayPal. Divisions: Divisions must have a minimum of three players. Prior to the event, players in divisions with less than three players will be asked to move to another division and pay any additional fees as necessary. Trophies: Trophies will be awarded for 1st place only. CTPs: All Amateur Divisions are eligible for CTPs. CTPs will be separated by divisions for both rounds. ACE Pot: Report all Aces to TD after round. If an ace is not hit during tournament play, there is a throw off at the end of the event. Ties: Any first place tie will result in a sudden death playoff that will be played indefinitely until the tie is resolved. Refunds All drop requests prior to 4/27/2024 will be given 100% monetary refund (minus $5 handling fee). All drop requests after 4/28/2024 will be given 100% monetary refund (minus a $5 handling fee) ONLY if there is a replacement player on the waitlist. Should a player not be backfilled from the waitlist, the player will not be refunded and will need to make arrangements to pick up his or her player’s pack or pay for the shipping. Shipping amounts will be requested via PayPal and must be fulfilled before shipment. All shipments will be completed AFTER the event has concluded. All arrangements for player’s packs must be made within 30 days of tournament completion; otherwise, your player’s pack will be forfeited. All players on the waitlist will be refunded in full on Monday 5/13/2024.
